What CoreDesk is

CoreDesk is a multi-tenant AI workspace for small businesses. It handles the operational plumbing (invoicing, proposals, receipts, CRM, meetings) while giving you AI agents and a governance dashboard that lets you actually defend how your business uses AI.

It exists because Jiska Doekes (founder of JS Zorg en Advies | Seraph Zorg, the founding customer) needed a back office built around how a real practice actually runs, not around how a SaaS PM imagined one would. Every feature you see was shipped against a live practitioner first.

CRM with real pipeline

Full deal pipeline, contact person tracking, and clean CRM integration with invoicing and receipts. Generate an invoice or proposal in one click from a deal, prefilled with the client contact and line items you have already agreed.

Meetings with AI prep

Pre-meeting brief generated automatically. Notes captured during, action items extracted after. Push notifications ahead of every meeting. Integrated with Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for licensed workspaces.

AI agents you can trust

Four built-in agents: Email, Invoice, Content, and a Governance Auditor. Each one has a live governance score, framework mapping, and audit trail. Human-in-the-loop where it matters (email, content). Fully explainable.

Governance dashboard, built in
